Returns, simply
- 1Start a return from your account or the order email.
- 2Print the prepaid label (or schedule a free pickup).
- 3Drop the parcel — original packaging is nice but not required.
- 4Refund lands within 5 business days of us receiving it.
The small print
- Items must be unwashed and have tags attached.
- Underwear, swimwear, and pierced accessories are final sale.
- Personalised pieces (embroidery, name tags) are not returnable.
- International returns are the buyer's responsibility — email us first for the return address.
- Exchanges are free within India; just tell us the new size.
