You're responsible for keeping your login safe and for anything that happens through your account. Let us know immediately if something looks off at security@grapekid.com.

2. Ordering & pricing

• All prices include GST unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and availability can change without notice.
• An order is confirmed only when we send the confirmation email.
• We may cancel an order if a product is mispriced or out of stock, and refund you fully.

3. Delivery & risk

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your parcel on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.

4. Returns

See our refund policy for the full terms. TL;DR: 30 days, free within India, some categories excluded.

5. Intellectual property

All content — patterns, photography, copy, logos — is owned by Grape Kid or our partners. Please don't reproduce it commercially without asking.

6. Reviews & user content

By posting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it on our channels. Be kind and honest; we moderate for hate speech and spam.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; we'll notify account holders by email when we do.
